Budget in hours and renumber in one click
Enter worked hours and overtime directly: Hours is now a unit and multipliers accept decimals, so 160 hrs x 1 and 40 hrs x 1.5 fit in two lines. When the structure changes, renumber the whole budget in one action.
The PDF export now remembers all your options, Show accounts is also available from the name column of the top sheet, and the compare mode and effect settings read more clearly.

Financing
Track your funding with budget effects
Your budget now shows at a glance whether your funding lines add up. Tag cost items with an effect and Yamdu checks them against funding rules, including the DFFF rules of the FFA, and tells you whether a line is underfunded, adequately funded or overfunded.
Each effect can carry its own funding amount, and you can set its target as a percentage of that amount. When you import project elements into a budget, effects are applied automatically by country or region. You manage all of it in the new Effects tab of the budgeting tools.
Budgeting
Compare budget scenarios side by side
Put several budget scenarios next to each other and spot the differences instantly in variance columns. Perfect for checking a new draft against the approved budget.
Budgeting
More flexible budgeting
Credits and deductions such as tax incentives can now be entered as negative rates, amounts and multipliers. Fringes also support cut-offs per period, for example per week or month, in addition to ceilings.
Day-to-day work got smoother too: resize the columns of a scenario group by dragging, see right away why a unit cell is locked by a global, and find out where to add comments when the comment overview is still empty.
